In this session, participants will explore bringing their imagination to life and celebrating a Place that brings them joy with doodles. Using fine liners, we will start off with simple doodles and build up in complexity following step-by-step guidance. Participants will leave with an illustration of a place or scene which brings them joy. No drawing experience necessary, all are welcome.

About your facilitator: Meg Cloete is an illustrator and Primary School teacher based in rural Southland. Meg  specializes in bringing joy to communities with giant, fun, doodle-style  interactive murals where participants are invited to collaborate and leave  their mark. She has spent the last two years hosting these murals at various  events in Southland and Central Otago, as well as painting murals for  Schools. Meg is a passionate teacher who enjoys bringing in others to share  the joy of art.
