Join us on the third Tuesday of each month for Community Craft - a free, drop-in night to explore creative forms like writing, sewing, and dance. All levels and ages welcome. Come along and hone a craft! Next event: Tuesday 15 September, 7pm - 8pm.

In our September session, be inspired by iconic Broadway hits, expect to sweat and smile in this upbeat musical theatre dance class. At the end of the class, you'll have learnt a routine without even  realising it and leave feeling like you’re ready to join the chorus line. Whether you’re a dance newbie or just someone who loves to move, this environment is more about fun and flair rather than finesse. No pressure, just positive energy and music to match!

About your facilitator: This class is run by Queenstown local Kate McLennan. Kate has over 15 years of experience in commercial dance and ballroom. Kate has danced in LA, and London, and has several years’ of experience teaching adults and kids to dance.

About Community Craft: Community Craft is a free, drop-in night for exploring all kinds of artistic craft - from writing and dancing to sewing and beyond. Whether you're trying something new or continuing a creative practice, this is a relaxed, welcoming space to connect and make alongside others. Open to all levels and ages.
